Vitamin D and Hair Loss
Did you know that Vitamin D deficiency can lead to hair loss?
80% of Americans are deficient in Vitamin D. I read once that you need to expose 70% of your skin daily to get the amount of vitamin D your body needs.
Now....I don't know about you, but even in 90 degree weather, I don't have 70% of my skin showing.
Vitamin D is one of the most important vitamins that our skin and body needs.....So get out there and get some sun!! (with sunscreen of coarse)
